Obama has been pretty cavalier and maybe even amused at his percipitous drop in public approval. The failure-in-chief knows he has no reelection to sweat. But what about Democrats clinging to their house and senate seats?Should 2014 be a repeat of 2010 Obama will regret ignoring the laws and pumping out executive orders. Why? Because next year when the employer mandate kicks back-in and another eighty-million face Obamacare's guillotine of costs and doctor shortages voters will be ready to take their revenge.
All leading to a really fun scenario. The GOP will suddenly have the power to override Obama's vetoes and executive privilege edicts. And that will set-up a constitutional crises.
Referring to Obama's frequent hip-shots unilaterally changing Obamacare, Michael Cannon, Cato Institute’s Director of Health Policy Studies, testified before congress last Tuesday about the dangers of Obama's behavior.
“There is one last thing to which the people can resort if the government does not respect the restrains that the constitution places on the government,” Cannon said. “Abraham Lincoln talked about our right to alter our government or our revolutionary right to overthrow it.”
