Toothpaste Ingredient Found In Breast Cancer Tumors

Parabens, a chemical a preservative added to deodorants, food coloring, toothpaste, shaving creme and drugs has been found in tumor tissue from 40 women with breast cancer.

Parabens possess oestrogenic properties already known to be central in the development, growth and progression of breast cancer.

Research head Dr Darbre says 'The fact that parabens were detected in the majority of the breast tissue samples cannot be taken to imply that they actually caused breast cancer in the 40 women studied...however, the fact that parabens were present in so many of the breast tissue samples does justify further investigation.'

Breast cancer is the second most common cancer killer in women. About 1 in 8 women (13.4%) will develop breast cancer in her lifetime.  About 195,000 women will be diagnosed in 2012, and 41,000 will die from the disease.  Though genetics is considered one of the three top risk factors, only 5-10% are proven to develop the disease due to genetic predisposition.

The causes for breast cancer remain a mystery.  The best defense is early diagnosis.  Despite the attempt by the Obama regime to tell women to get tested less - DO NOT BELIEVE IT.

Get a yearly mammogram at a minimum, preferably digital mammography, also called full-field digital mammography or FFDM.  What your life will be like should you get breast cancer depends completely on how early you catch the disease.  Be aggressive, be smart and be informed, ladies.
