Golfer Loses Two Fingers To Crocodile

Florida is golf heaven.  But whether pro or amateur, on a Florida golf course everyone knows the links are shared with alligators.  So how the sphincter does a crocodile get onto a golf course in Cancun, Mexico?

New Yorker Edward Lunger, 50, was at the Iberostar Cancun Golf Club in Mexico perfecting his bunker technique when a full-sized crocodile attacked from the cover of bushes and snapped off two of his fingers.

Lunger was saved by his golf buddy, Mark Martin who grabbed a 40-pound bolder and smashed it onto the big lizards head.

‘I’m thinking my whole hand is off, I couldn’t feel my hand. It was like my whole body was on fire.’ Ed was rushed to a private hospital that demanded $17,800 in cash up front.

Of course Ed's suing. Turns out the crocodiles were brought to Iberostar ‘as a marketing tourist attraction.’ What's defense does Iberostar claim? That Ed taunted and baited the croc with a dead chicken!
