Recall, Holder went after Arizona for trying to restore order inside of it's borders. Obama's crew is making not enforcing immigration laws.
Now Holder is giving Illinois and New York a pass when they pass laws that violate the 2nd amendment.
Kansas has a new law that states: 'Any act, law, treaty, order, rule or regulation of the government of the United States which violates the second amendment to the constitution of the United States is null, void and unenforceable in the state of Kansas.'
In other words, the Kansas law states the obvious and does nothing to expand states versus federal jurisdictions. But Holder knows what it really means...the law demands that Holder do his job and refrain from breaking the law himself (remember Fast and Furious).
Holder fired off a letter to Gov. Brownbeck carrying the threat, "all appropriate action including litigation if necessary" to prevent the state of Kansas from protecting the 2nd Amendment.
The Latin phrase 'Quis custodiet ipsos custodes' translates 'Who watches the watchmen' applies specifically to Holder. The man charged with criminal vigilance is himself tolerating and even committing crime himself.
