Judicial Watch wants to depose Clinton UNDER OATH in a pair of Freedom of Information Act lawsuits which contend Clinton used a private email server to hide information from the public under FOIA.
Clinton lawyer David Kendall hurriedly filed a legal brief against Judicial Watch asserting the politically absurd contention that Clinton thwarting FOIA would not be enough to force her to testify.
Judicial Watch says Clinton's resistance is extra troubling because Clinton contends her server was her private property after leaving the State Dept. Which is a laugh of course since the content of the server is government property.
U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan has set a hearing for Monday on the matter.
