A father convicted of raping his daughters took his case to the high court because he says he wasn’t guilty of “bestiality.” The man allegedly, “smeared peanut butter on the genitals of his victims and had the family dog lick it off while he videotaped the act.”
The court agreed ruling 7 to 1 that humans having sexual contact with animals is legal provided there is no “penetration” in the act.
The court’s lone dissenter correctly notes the ruling will mean open season for the sexual exploitation of animals.
