Hitler Saved From Drowning As A Four Year Old

A four-year-old Adolf Hitler was saved from drowning after he fell into an icy Passau, German river in 1894. The rescue was made by another boy who later grew-up and became a Catholic priest - Father Johann Kuehberger

Hitler often recounted the stories of his childhood, but never mentioned the rescue.  Some believe Hitler didn't want revealed his life saved by a boy who later become a priest.  Contrary to history revisers, Hitler was well known to have despised the Catholic church.

The bitter irony is profound - 2020 hindsight condemns us to ponder the 'what if'  Hitler had drowned ultimately saving millions of innocent people scenario.
