Eating sausage, hot dogs, bacon, and processed meats containing nitrates now emphatically linked to the silent killers pancreatic and colorectal cancers.

The British Journal of Cancer article says small amount, 50g of processed meats increase the chance of getting pancreatic cancer by 20%. And if you eat red meat and deli meats too, the risk for colorectal cancer is increased 74%.

For many it is too late, but for the wise it is never too late.  Read product labels.  Avoid these things if you want to live, otherwise, have fun.

Good Luck!
