Walmart opening stores in poor, retail-starved neighborhoods in DC may be a courageous move on the giant retailers part, but apparently shoppers there are not to be trusted to act like honest citizens.
"There'll probably be a lot of shoplifting going on. They'll need a lot of security," Terriea Sutton, 35, DC resident said.
It's sad that people have such a low opinion of their own community. But hey, know thyself as the saying goes. Apparently, its a good thing the monuments in DC are made of heavy granite, and are surrounded by round the clock surveillance!
