Wrong.
Gay marriage is a complicated subject because it denies a 'class' of people secular rights and privileges based on a moral judgement. This conflict will no doubt end with some form of gay marriage one way or the other.
But pot legalization is a laughable and a totally different thing. Legalizing a damaging drug isn't about rights or a moral issues. Dope smokers want what they want just because they want it. And those who don't want it legalized correctly resist yet another diliterious drug being added to store shelves nationwide.
Like most liberals Bill Maher likes to draw incorrect parallels and make wrong-headed conclusions about subject he knows little or nothing about. And Bill isn't shy opening pie-hole wide despite sounding and looking like a jack-ass. His lame try to make a parallel between gay marriage and smoking dope isn't dangerous, it's just dumb.
