Recall:
Carol Mizuguchi’s 21-year-old daughter, Gennette Cordova, got a surprise package — a close-up of an underwear-clad crotch — over a weekend last year in a tweet (via tweetdeck) from former Rep. Anthony Weiner’s (D-NY) 'old' Twitter account.

Weiner first claimed his Twitter account was hacked, which was then and is still a federal crime.  He later backed off and referred to the incident as “a prank.”   In later interviews, he says 'Cannot Say with Certitude' if  the Twitter boxers in the tweet belonged to him. Finally Weiner admitted, 'Maybe it started out being a photo of mine.'

“I’m really upset. I feel like he’s a person of power and influence, who can make a statement and make all this go away,” Carol Mizuguchi blasted Weiner for his continued snarky sidestepping, “As her mother, I’m really upset...I’m pissed off at that.”

A second woman came forward also undermining Weiner's contention that he was hacked.  Eventually hundreds of women hinted the NY crotch pirate accosted them.

When Weiner was in congress he had security clearances. So when he used Capitol Hill equipment, he had a duty to report it to authorities.

Weiner contended he had broken no laws, or did anything to warrant ethics examination by the House, wrong.  Weiners' conduct, lying to the public, and attempting to smear the late Mr. Andrew Breitbart, the man who broke the story, was a violation of House Ethics.

Weiner's stalking behavior was also alleged as a conspiracy between Weiner and Media Matters on the day the story broke.
