US Constitution Shredded By Obama

The Obama Administration is clearly on a quest to shred the US Constitution.  There are a half dozen measures wending their way thru the lower courts, on their way to the US Supreme Court - all due to the excesses of the presidency.

The Supreme Court is the ultimate arbiter of all that Obama has been up to on both a domestic and international fronts.  Lucky for the country most of the high court is not open to the horrible judicial activism we have seen routinely operate in lower courts, like the US Ninth Circuit.

The Texas House TSA measure makes it illegal for anyone conducting searches to touch “the anus, sexual organ, buttocks, or breast of another person” including through clothing.

Sadly, this bill may also be superseded by Federal Law. 

Georgia on Thursday followed Arizona’s lead in passing tough legislation aimed at cracking down on illegal immigration.  The Arizona law is going to the Supreme Court, finally.

And Obamacare is sitting in the 4th Circuit where a mostly Clinton appointed panel resides.  The ruling by the Supreme Court is expected before the 2012 election.

“A bipartisan coalition in Congress agreed that President Obama was circumventing the constitution by appointing these czars without the scrutiny of Senate confirmation..." Rep. Steve Scalise (R-La.). His bill defunds the illegal Czar crew Obama has set-up.

Today, Obama has announced that the illegal war he has in Libya is "open-ended", that it will go on without closure - YouTube - Kucinich: Obama Libya War Violates Constitution.

Some even believe that when Obama realizes he faces a public unwilling to give him a second term, he may attempt to diddle with the election process - would anyone be surprised?
