Taxi Driver Dumps Kissing Gay Men On Expressway

Steven White and his boyfriend Matt McCrea got off a redeye flight at Chicago O’Hare and jumped into a cab.

As they motored down the Kennedy Expressway, McCrea “leaned over to look at something on the phone and then he [the boyfriend] leaned in to kiss me,” White confessed.

The cab driver objected to the carnal warmup.  'He indicated that it was a public mode of transportation and we shouldn’t kiss in his cab,' White says. 'He pulled the cab over and stopped and wanted us to get out — on the Kennedy.'

'He could have asked us to please don’t do that and handle the situation a lot differently than it was handled,' McCrea says.

The gay guys called a cop.  The driver said the two were 'making sex,' but no proof of the alleged rear-seat mounting was proven.

'...I wondered if I would have been treated differently if I were heterosexual,” White says.

Well, apparently some object to man-to-man-mouth osculation, Mr. White.  But get your lawyer, you have a case.  The cab driver can't kick you out unless you refuse to pay, or pull out a pistol.  Just slapping a big wet one is not justification to end up on a freeway at midnight kicked out of your legally hired mode of transportation.
