The Democrats insidiously defend voter fraud spinning any effort to tighten the process as a malicious 'disenfranchisement' of the poor. Voter ID laws are a threat to the Dems because fraudulent voters are a big voting block for them.
Dems tried to paint Coca-Cola, Wal*Mart and Koch Industries support of Voter ID efforts as evil.
Obama campaign spinoff Center for American Progress issued a report condemning new voter identification laws in Florida, Texas, Tennessee, Kansas and Wisconsin. So when SCOTUS upheld Indiana's Voter ID law and by implication all such laws based on the one in Indiana the Dems started to spit blood.
