Writing Center Prof. Dr. Asoa Inoue says “there is no inherent ‘standard’ of English,” and pressure to conform to proper American grammar standards perpetuate systems of racism.
So is this frothing foment just the periphrastic presupposition of one leftist saphead or is this caustic crap pervasively permeating the place?
Vice Chancellor, Jill Purdy extolled the Writing Center’s blathering as academia repulsing racism. “Language is the bridge between ideas and action, so how we use words has a lot of influence on what we think and do.”
Purdy is part perspicacious; words reflect attitude. But English isn't racist...these two turds in a faculty toilet are....
