Dump Obama Say Democrats

A new poll by CNN and ORC International finds that 27% of Democrats would like to see their party nominate a candidate other than Barack Obama for president in 2012.

The new poll is another indication of Dem Party unhappiness, but it does not mean Obama will face a challenge in his party's primaries.

Whether Democrats take action to unseat Obama is really of no consequence, Obama will not beat the still unknown GOP challenger.

No president since Truman beat Dewey in 1948 has won reelection with a jobless rate exceeding 6%, or an approval rating below 50%.  Obama lags far behind these critical indicators.

Gallup shows Obama falling broadly among the general voting public: Approval 38%, Disapproval 55%. Obama's 78% approval among Muslims seems to show where he has succeeded, however.
